Sticky Versus Non Sticky

Ok, personally I tend to favor the non sticky variety of shiny lip gloss. I just do not like that oh so gooey feeling of you lips sticking together. Also, I have long hair and it is pretty gross feeling to have my hair blow in the wind and then parts of it stick to my lips. Maybe one or two stray hairs can stick to it. I have found though that if you apply the Neutrogena Lip Gloss Moisture Shine sparingly or over lip stick it is not sticky at all.
