You will also need some card stock or construction paper to make the eggs.

Glue is also needed for this easy Easter craft for toddlers. Use a simple paper craft glue that is non-toxic and easy for a toddler to use. Some toddlers like to squeeze Elmer's glue from the tube, or use a glue stick. You could also make your own glue for this Easy Easter craft and game for toddlers.

Adults will need a pencil and a pair of scissors.

Make use a pencil to draw an egg on a piece of card stock or cardboard. This egg template will be the egg that you can use to make all the other eggs. The size of the egg is up to you. A convenient size is a nice 3 x 5 inch egg. The large size is fun size for toddlers.

Use the template to cut out more egg shapes out of sturdy paper like card stock. You can cut out 10 eggs or more.

Next, use the template to cut out egg shapes from the colored paper or wrapping paper.

Important: cut out at least two egg shapes from each color.
