Montagne Jeunesse Face Tonic: Ultra Fast Pore Cleansing with Spearmint & Tea Tree

After trying Dead Sea Minerals Face Tonic by Montage Jeunesse, I was amped to try whatever else I could get my hands on from the company. I loved how the Dead Sea Minerals Face Tonic Masque worked, so when I hit up my local Walmart a few days later, I went straight for the beauty section looking for more Face Tonics.

Here I found a bunch of different products, and all of them were only $1.26 each. I bought one of everything.

The first in the bunch tried was the Montagne Jeunesse: Face Tonic: Ultra Fast Pore Cleansing with Spearmint & Tea Tree. Like all face tonic from the company, it is only to be placed on your face for 5 minutes; the five minute miracle is what the company calls it.

What Is It?

The Montagne Jeunesse: Face Tonic: Ultra Fast Pore Cleansing with Spearmint & Tea Tree is actually a face masque designed to cleanse your pores in 5 minutes. While it cleans pores, it is also supposed to soothe the skin.

Packaging:

It's hard to miss really, because all of Montagne Jeunesse Face Tonics come in similar packaging. This like the rest come in tear drop shaped aluminum one use packages.

This particular package has a green background with some spearmint leaves towards the top. A woman is on the cover wearing the masque, that is also decorated with drawn on spearmint leaves.

I knew from past experience that the masque in the package though would look a hell of a lot different. First, the facial masque is too big, and will hit your hairline. Secondly it is made of very thin cloth. On the package the masque appears to be made of some sort of thick gel. Trust me, things are not going to look as pretty as the package leads you to believe.

No matter though, from past experience, I know they work rather well, so it's no big deal if you ask me.

My Use:

I peeled open the wrap, unwrapped the masque, and ripped the mouthpiece out. The mouthpiece is to be used to cover your nose. So apply the nose piece first, and then the masque.

Immediately the smell of spearmint filled my nose, and opened up my nasal passage. It was refreshing at first, but as a few moments went by, it got too strong, and reminded me way too much of toothpaste.
