Hotel Guide: Worcester, MA

So you've found yourself in Worcester, Massachusetts? Well, this city was first settled in 1673 and was officially "incorporated" in 1684. The first hotel in which I reviewed is the Beechwood Hotel. This three-and-a-half-star hotel is designed in a "boutique-style" and is located in a park-line setting, in the Massachusetts Biotech Park and is only three miles from downtown Worcester and local attractions. Some of the various amenities this hotel offers is one its location, as well as a gift shop, a fitness center that is opened twenty-four-hours, a business center, and even a wedding chapel. This hotel has 73 guest rooms. Some of the various in-room amenities this hotel offers its guests includes free long-distance phone calls, complimentary high-speed Internet access, and print-on-demand services. This is absolutely amazing hotel for all types of visitors.

The second hotel in which I reviewed is the Sheraton Framingham Hotel. This three-and-a-half-star hotel is only five miles from Natick Mall and is only twenty-five miles from Boston. Some of the various amenities this hotel offers its guests includes a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, an indoor pool for year-round swimming, a spa tub, a fitness center, sauna, and a steam room. There is also wireless Internet access available in all public spaces for a surcharge. For those business travelers, there is a business center and conference rooms. There are 370 guest rooms and 22 suites throughout this hotel. All of the rooms offer high-speed Internet access for a surcharge, phones with voice mail, and cable TV with complimentary premium channels.
