So what is the truth about weight loss? Where does the truth end and all the hype begin?Society has always capitalized on the desperate. So, how does one know what to believe? 

A good rule to follow would be, stick to be basics. Don’t go off the deep end hoping to find that miracle diet, pill or exercise machine. Losing weight is very simple, but it's not easy. The truth about weight lose is If it were easy, there wouldn't be so many people constantly on a new diet. Likewise there wouldn't be countless late night info. Commercials making millions of dollars from desperate people. 

Let us look at what the truth about weight loss is. Let us be sensible. Lets face it your body is unique. You can have the body you have and still look great! You must remember there are some things you can not change with weight loss. You can’t make your legs shorter, longer, or feet smaller. You have to work with what you have. Concentrate on making your body the healthiest,  and most attractive you can. Strive to be the best you can at every age. Stop wishing that you could look like someone else. We are facing reality here.

Remember, you can’t get fit in a week. You did not get where you are right now in a week. The reality is, you have to put some effort into it. If you do nothing else, start walking. Walking is great exercise and will speed up your metabolism. Draw up a plan. Start today, not tomorrow. Hold yourself accountable. You need exercise not just diet. Remember, you didn’t gain weight overnight. So, you can’t expect to lose it overnight. 

Wouldn’t it be great if you could reduce in the areas you want to? The truth is, you can’t choose the area  of you body that you will loose weight in. You will loose weight where your genetic make up allows. Learn the facts so you won’t be a victim of a weight loss scammed again.
