1.) Dog walker: What could be more fun than walking a dog that you don’t know? You can make a profitable and lucrative business out of walking dogs, but I would not recommend this job if you’re afraid of dogs, and have allergies. Here’s how to start! a.) Go around your neighbor hood and take a count of how many of your neighbors have dogs. Also take note of what type of dogs they are. b.) If you have a neighborhood association and a president, see if you can ask for a complete neighbor hood directory. Having a list of names in your neighbor hood will help you network easily and set up possible clients. Print out fliers if you can to advertise your services and distribute them in your neighborhood. Let your neighbors know that you are starting a dog walking service and what you charge. I would recommend charging $12.00 per walk. If you can get at least 12 dogs a week, then you’re in business. Just make sure that the dogs you agree to walk are friendly! Ask their neighbors about their tempers and patience.

2.) Washing cars: You can charge your neighbors, friends and families, to wash their cars. Yes, you can wash cars and charge. Also, charge extra for vacuuming services. Tired cleaning and etc. I know this sounds like a lot of hard work, but I once had a high school friend who actually started a car washing detail business in his neighborhood. He would charge an initial $13.00 for the car wash and add a $3.50 for the extras like vacuuming, amoral wax and etc. This may seem like hard work, but if you enlist a few friends to help and get 12 clients a week, then you’re in business.

3.) Cinnabun: Cinnabun is a really yummy bakery that sales oodles of sweet yummy eats to mall patrons. One location that is really popular is the store that’s located in Torrance’s Del Amo Mall. This place is so wonderful.

4.) Jumba Juice: Can’t get enough of Jumba Juice. Jumba juice is really popular for many teens. The pay starts out at $8.40 - $8.75 with incentives of a raise.
