MySpace's Non-existent Customer Service
I know that free sites make money from their ads, but do the customer service representatives get paid for helping out? I’m hoping they don’t, because if they do, MySpace is wasting major money on the people behind the
“Help” button. I’ve had numerous problems with my MySpace account: my blog counter was incorrect; my messages weren’t going through to other members for two weeks; “asp” links wouldn’t work; the group that I tried to delete was supposed to be deleted in two days and two weeks later, it's still there; one person had linked my picture to his page and ignored my request to take it off; my sent messages would not delete; my friends were duplicated in the Top list no matter how many times I changed it; the calendar announcements weren’t showing up; and the list goes on.
