I personally know how hard it can be to deal with depression. At the age of 14 I started having panic attacks and I was told that I also had depression and thats one reason the panic attacks were happening. It is hard to explain what I was feeling and at times I did not even know who I was. I felt lost and like I was look in at my self and the world around me. The one thing that I would get mad about is the fact that I had so many people tell me that it was all in my head and I know it was not just all in my head. I have been dealing with my depression for 10 years and thank God I no long have panic attacks and am off all the depression pills I was once taking. I have found some ways that help me deal with my depression and they also help me to stay off any medication. Every person is different and it is always good to talk to your Doctor before you stop taking any kind of medication but regardless if you are or are not taking medication for depression you still might find some good in the following information
