About the weird comment about asking for a stamped approval for not using laws to protect ourselves from men and failed marriages - the very fact that you ask for one means you dont trust your wife and will only marry her when you are sure she cannot do anything against you even if you beat her up. The whole 'why should I trust you if you dont trust me' works against you mate! And for all the losers who actually believe in this bull shit - grow up! The laws were made to protect women in a place where men think they can beat, rape or kill their wife and its not wrong to fo so. The whole 'rape in marriage'law that men dont like is a law in all democratic countries of the world not just India. Why don't you marry nice Indian girl living in South Africa. They are all educated and love the culture. They will not run away from you as they earn very good money.They do not marry for money but want to be friends first and fall in love. They only marry for love and nothing else.They are also very adventurous in the bedroom too. Indian girls are marrying sue to money only, and she geting 100% support frm her parent. before marry, a must know abt girl's parent nature. it very important, coz girl will do same as their parent want. i got married, its love marriage and next day frm marriage my wife shows that she is really a typical indian girl...who marry for money only..love is just for show..

well guys nothing to worry...there are ways to teach these kinda of people their lessons...and its damn easy...once u know she is nad will never be true as a wife,,,then do these... play truants keep them guessing let her stay in her father house and do not send money never call or get in touch even avoid getting in touch when they come initiate never ever let ur self into kids emotion...they are urs and will have to come to u someday... take a firm decision and find a partner somewhere else preferable who has has been a close friend and u know her well...ofcourse u shud have the chemistry running between u ! u cannot waste ur life for a useless rut drag time in guess work and let her dry in her dad land with no monetory benefits...she will anyway be experiencing some sort of torture from her father at many points in time especially if u have ur kids with her...after all the motive was money and u r depriving them of the same..with additional burden of taking care of ur k

It is understood many women in past may have been humiliated, but is any individual or family which is getting now destroyed due to these unbiased law responsible for that?. Law should be equal for everybody. It is simple to say we should fight against false cases but when a person got trapped by these false cases, whole if life get destroyed. It is like a strom which suddenly came and take away all ur peace, happiness, money, mental stabilty etc etc etc.There should be some strict provisions that if a paticular case will be found false, the petioner will be given a severe punishment. Then only can the society will get rid of these greedy and nonsense people.

Although legally not possible and not valid, Can any girl give me in writing on stamp paper that she shall not use her power of women laws like 498A, DV act etc etc. Then I can give her in writing that I will marry you and give you all happiness though out my life. No, no women can do this, because they do not trust men, So why men should trust upon them? How can a simple servicing man -who has nothing to do with laws-keep a faith that the woman he is going to marry will not turn around? But do you know why man marries, it is illiteracy and nimphotropism which make them marry. As many men are aware of this laws and present situation, as many boys will stop marrying. This is going to be seen in next few years.

my wife is compensating the Fake "so called shattered dreams" for money for herself and the unborn child. how wud u put this as per ur comments? what i understood from this situation now is i say my wife is a pros, used me for sex, enjoyed, and never had attachment with me, and now asking for 30 lac rupees.

Do you know how many cases are there in this country of dowry deaths and marital rapes. Please get your facts right before writing such articles. Every girl dreams of a happy home and love and no they do not marry with 'intention of extroting money' - as you put it. However if injustice is being done to them they should fight back. No amount of money that they get can make up fortheir shattered dreams and lost dignity. A thought - since you have such low opinion of women please do not marry. You will make some poor woman very unhappy
