Being the successor to the revolutionary Game Boy, the Game Boy Advance had a lot to live up to. Fortunately for Nintendo, expectations were met and the Game Boy Advance was everything they hoped it turned out to be. Home to hundreds of handheld games, the Game Boy Advance offers some of the greatest games ever made for any system, portable or not. The games that ended up selling well were repackaged with a Player's Choice label and sold at a discounted price. Here are the five best Player's Choice games on the Game Boy Advance.

5. Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga
Publisher: Nintendo, Developer: Alphadream Corporation, Original Release Date: November 17, 2003, ESRB Rating: E

After the success of Paper Mario on Nintendo 64, Nintendo decided to take a stab on a handheld Mario RPG. Their intuition was right as Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga became a Player's Choice title thanks to its imaginative puzzle-solving and engaging battle system. Not to mention that Luigi finally tags along with his brother on a journey after being omitted from pervious Mario games.

4. Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow
Publisher: Konami, Developer: KCET, Original Release Date: May 6, 2003, ESRB Rating: T
The Castlevania franchise was a mega hit on consoles but it wasn't until the Castlevania Game Boy Advance trilogy that it managed to have the same success on handhelds. Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow is the last and best game of the bunch. With deep RPG and platforming elements, Aria of Sorrow was often likened to Castlevania: Symphony of the Night (the best game in the series).
