Best 13" Color Television Set Under $100: the Daewoo DTQ-13V5FC

For consumers seeking to purchase a high- quality, 13- inch color television set, the Daewoo DTQ- 13V5FC 13- inch color television set is a highly- recommended product. Recently, I purchased one of these television sets from a major electronics retailer. Before deciding to purchase this
product, I contacted several electronics retailers, explaining that I was seeking a quality, 13- inch television in the $100 price range. While most of the retailers that I spoke to did offer some television sets in the desired price range, for one reason or another, the proffered TV's did not meet my expectations. Upon viewing the Daewoo DTQ-13V5FC however, my search was over.

The Daewoo DTQ- 13V5FC 13- inch color television set is an attractively- designed product that consistently provides top- quality performance. Black in color, this TV set measures 14.4 (W) x 13.3 (H) x 14.8 (D) and weighs 19.2 pounds. This easy- to- use appliance features a 181 Channel FS Tuning System, with VHF coverage of Channels 2 through 13 and UHF coverage of Channels 14 through 69. The Cable coverage offered by this Daewoo television set offers 125 Channels. The Trilingual OSD Menu on this set offers viewers the option of English, French or Spanish reception. Programming the Channel Memory on this television set is an easy process. With the TV on, simply press the Menu button twice, then the "Set- Up" menu will appear. Using the VCHW and CVOLB buttons, in conjunction with the Menu button, programming the Channel Memory takes very little time or effort. A Programmable Channel Skip feature is included with this TV set, as is a sleep timer which allows the user to set an amount of time from 15 minutes to 120 minutes. A front AV Input is included, with video, audio and earphone connections available. Closed Caption capabilities are featured, as well as 24- hour Program On/ Off.

Cool review. Any feelings about a 26" flat screen. I really need to update my TV. I can barely see my 19" anymore. I know I should get glasses but that is virtually impossible when you have military health (and TriCare) insurance.
