Busy is booming for a local restaurant in Marshfield, Wisconsin and once you go there and try out their food, you will know why it is a popular spot to eat at in the city. El Mezcal use to be in the middle of the city is just an average size restaurant. But in early 2007 they moved to a new location at 803 North Central Avenue and it was a good business move for them.

The first restaurant that they were in was always packed, no matter what day of the week it was. Some would wait for a table and others would leave, so I think that they even knew that they had to get a larger place for their restaurant so that they could accommodate their customers better. So they built a brand new place.

The location that they choose on the North side of the city is the perfect spot. The mall, Wal-Mart, Menards, Shopko, Target and many other shopping centers are located there. There is also an Ameri-Suite Hotel across the street, so they can attract people from out of town. There aren't many other nice restaurants in the area except for Applebee's basically across the street and Perkins which is up the street yet a ways. Then you have all of your fast food places like McDonald's, Arbys, Burger King, etc... But those are up the road a little further away. So that is another bonus on choosing the location that they did. Plus it is the first restaurant that you see when you enter Marshfield on the North side of the city.

The new building is gorgeous! It is a large brick building with big windows. They rent out a few other separate stores in the building to other business also. As you enter the glass doors to the restaurant, you are standing in a small waiting area. The hostess station is the first thing that you see. Then to the left of you is the large bar area with quite a few tables to sit and eat at. They have a few TV screens in here so that you can watch the football game, or whatever else they have on TV. Behind the bar the bottles are lined up and displayed on glass shelves to let clearly see what they have to offer.
