The Gandhi Restaurant located on Bainbridge Island was so popular, that as the city of Silverdale grew, it was only natural to open a restaurant/lounge in this neighboring city of retail shops and medical offices. You will not be disappointed.

One of the nice things about The Gandhi Restaurant is the fact that it has a variety of dishes to choose from. In fact, their menu is so diverse and varied, it may take awhile to decide what you want. The menu is also easy to read, with items described in a way that makes your mouth water.

Portion size is another reason to go enjoy Indian cuisine here. I went with a party of 20, and every dish ordered had very plentiful serving sizes. There really was enough for two meals in most of the dishes ordered. Nice. Freshness also prevails here. You can taste the freshness of ingredients used in these dishes. That is a welcome relief from some other restaurants I have eaten at! The Chicken Mushroom dish I had was fantastic, with large chunks of chicken in it. The Tandoori dishes were great also. In fact, I did not taste one dish that I would not recommend. Most of the dishes contain a lot of sauce, so be prepared for that. For dessert, the Mango Ice Cream was absolutely delicious!

Another added benefit of The Gandhi Cuisine of India is the fact that the menu items are reasonably priced. This helps out for those of us wanting to stick to a budget. Plus, for those so inclined, they offer alcoholic beverages.
