You have more important things to worry about; like what dress you are going to wear and how your hair is going to look, how should you wear your makeup, what jewelry to wear, who will be in the wedding and what that man of yours is wearing. Cause hey he's got to look good.
There is alot of fun in planning weddings and it is something that you shouldn't be doing alone.
Here are some pointers on what you should do to destress you from your wedding.
-Bring along friends and family to help you plan a wedding.
The worst part of planning a wedding is doing it alone and with no moral support. Have your friend one that you can trust to help with the wedding plans. Ask her for advice and what does she think of some of the choices that you are trying to make.
Give your friends some responsibilities.
-Such as picking out the bridesmaid dresses.
-Planning the bridal party.
-Helping you pick out your dress.
-Also you should include your fiance. Give him some responsibility.
-Also include in your mother and the mother of your fiance.
Don't spend all day planning on your wedding. This is something that should be done in sections. Plan each day or weekend depending on when your wedding is and set aside a time to only do wedding planning. Just don't put aside the rest of your life to plan your wedding. That's something that most people do. They put everything on hold and just focus on their wedding plans.
These are two of the most important things that will help you not be so stressed out about your wedding. This is a day that should be full of excitement not worries.
Also to keep you from being so much stressed, is by also hiring a wedding planner. These can be so helpful. They can deal with all the things that may go wrong in the wedding and also may be able to help you out on getting discounts.
Use the helpful factors and everything should be ok.
