Manhattan, New York is truly a hot spot when it comes to weddings. It can also be a lot of fun to plan a wedding in New York. After numerous taste tasting and visiting various locations around Manhattan you feel like you have learned so much about the history of New York. Following is a list of wedding location in Manhattan. One thing you want to keep in mind about Manhattan weddings is that you certainly will end up paying a pretty penny, but there are a few spots that you can find on a modest budget.

The first wedding venue on my list is the Millennium UN Plaza Hotel New York. They are located at One United Nations Plaza, 44th St., New York, NY. The telephone number is 212-758-1234. What really stands out about this location are the views. They are truly breathtaking. It is also very close to Grand Central station so your guests will have no problem getting to your wedding location. They have two ballrooms to choose from. The first is the Diplomat Ballroom which can accommodate 140 guests. The second room known as the Landmark is more for smaller weddings and can hold 50 people. The price is pretty average for a location of this size, but it does vary depending on how many guests you plan on having and which menu you choose.

The next location on my list is the Roosevelt Hotel. This hotel is located on Madison Avenue at East 45th Street, New York, NY. The telephone number is 212-661-9600. The Roosevelt definitely is a very traditional location. They have huge chandeliers, iron laced balconies, and beautiful arched windows in the Grand Ballroom. The Grand Ballroom can hold up to 1000 people, and the price is also grand. They also have the Palm Room which they use for hors d'oeuvres, and a smaller reception area is the Terrace Room.

Or to renew my vows. Is that the proper term, renew vows?

Great info. Maybe if I were to do a re-commitment ceremony...
