I figured this would be a real important topic for those who might be planning a wedding. Picking a good reputable caterer is paramount for those who might be going through this transition. Its really important to asses the whole picture when choosing a menu. One must first look at the total guest count and at least have an idea of what the total budget would allow for. Making a real nice impression with your guests should be high on the list of priorities. After all the people that are attending your wedding are making a personal sacrifice out of their schedule to honor and show respect for the new couple.
