I just tried something with Keebler Graham Crackers, and it turned out great! If you have an imagination for cooking or baking, you can find so many ways to get to make meals and treats. In this case, it was a treat, because my daughter has a sweet tooth. I thought, well, let's just turn our kitchen into a lab and see what else I can make that maybe hasn't already been thought of.

I'm short on groceries right now until I can get to the store. My daughter said she wished we had some cookies. Well I didn't have any flour or anything and I got to looking into my pantry and the refrigerator to see what I could come up with if anything. It seems like I can always pull a rabbit out of my hat if I need to. Just a few minutes ago I tried this for the very first time and it turned out great. I am calling this cookie Peanut Butter Grahams.

You can use any kind of peanut butter, I used Jiffy brand. You don't have to go right by these measurements. Just throw the ingredients together. If you want a lot make it like I made it. If you don't want cocoanut leave it out, but I think the cocoanut helps to bind it all together with the egg. I encourage everyone to use your imagination. There may not be any need to run to the store for cookies or stuff to make cookies with when you have the basic ingredient. The graham crackers serve as the flour dough of the cookies, so it works really well. This mixture won't rise like self-rising flour, but it makes a great chewy bar.

Here is what you need.

Keebler - Peanut Butter Chewy Grahams

1 box Keebler Graham Crackers
2 eggs beaten
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup brown sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup cocoanut
1 cup chocolate chip morsels
1 cup butterscotch chip morsels
1 cup pecans chopped
½ cup condensed milk

Take the whole box of Keebler Graham Crackers and crush them up. In a separate bowl beat the eggs with the condensed milk. Add the sugar and brown sugar to the egg mixture. Add the cocoanut and just keep adding each of the ingredients. Add just a tablespoon of water if needed, but this mixture should hold together well.
