Here are 6 types of foods that can cause gout. They could be causing yours.

Anchovies, sardines in oil, fish roes, herring. Organ meat including liver, kidneys, and sweetbreads. Legumes such as dried beans, peas. And mushrooms, spinach, asparagus, cauliflower.
