Sci-Fi's newest investigative reality series, UFO Hunters, will debut on the Sci-Fi channel February 6th. It is scheduled to air immediately after the 9 pm episode of Ghost Hunters International. The team, lead by Oliver Kemenczky and Ted Davis, will investigate claims of UFO sightings or alien contacts, review the evidence, and ultimately reveal their findings on each new episode.

Season Premiere Episode

John Predovan, the author of "Curved Memories: The Chronicles of the Lights Over New Jersey", will make a guest appearance on UFO Ghost Hunters' Premiere episode. John will share his memories of his own alien abduction that occurred the night of July 14, 2001, while approximately 100 eyewitnesses viewed a huge formation of up to 30 lights in the shape of a "V" or diamond over New York City and New Jersey.

Meet The Team

Ted Davis: Ted's interests in UFOs dates back to childhood. He began studying UFO phenomenon while still in his teens. In the 1990s Ted began working with Bud Hopkins from The Intruders Foundation (IF), a nonprofit organization designed to provide personal investigation and support for those reporting UFO abductions and conduct research and study the physical and psychological evidence of such abductions.

In 2006, Ted and Oliver, who also worked at the Intruders Foundation, founded the New York Strange Phenomenon Investigators (NY-SPI) to focus on scientific investigations of UFOs.

Ted brings with him valuable skills in the area of mental health and psychology with a Master's Degree in psychology and social work. These skills enable Ted to assess the validity of reports from individuals, and to detect obvious attempts to fabricate stories of aliens or UFO sightings.

Oliver Kemenczky: Oliver's interest in UFOs also began in childhood. With encouragement from his mother to approach life with an open mind Oliver developed a keen interest in UFO reports. With the assistance of his Dad who was an amateur astronomer, he learned early to view UFO sightings from a technical standpoint.

Sorry, it seems Scifi has changed the date to Jan 30... It was just advertised on Ghost Hunters International.

I may check it out because of my past involvement in UFO/alien circles---just to see how "honest" it is. As my own UFO article revealed last year, I have some inside info that will help me gauge how legit this program will be.

This sounds interesting. I'm not as interested in UFO's as I am the paranormal, but I'll watch this. I'm open minded, and I should be since having a personal experience when I was fifteen. I wrote about that too, and to this day I don't know what it was. A friend and I saw it through a telescope after noticing a pinpoint of light moving very slowly across the sky. It was way to far off in the distance to be a plane, and what we saw was amazing. BTW... I've added you to my favorites.
