Do You Have a Passion in Life?

Do you have a passion in life; something that drives you in the morning and afternoon? Is it maybe that you want to spend more time with your family, write a book, learn a new language, take cooking classes. Whatever your passion is; are you taking the time to follow it? Many people have a passion in life however for one reason or another they put it on the back burner and say maybe I will be able to do this later.

We as adults are the worst, we tend to feel like we do not have the right to pursue our goals. That we have been given our lot in life and this is the way we have to live. It is not true and if that is your belief you must learn how to change it. You were never meant to do something you do not enjoy. If you are miserable now getting up early and going to a job you do not like; you can change it. You can pursue your passion in life, you just have to be willing to have the courage to pursue it. Do you feel like you do or not? If you answered "yes" to this question then congratulations not many people do have the courage to pursue their goals. They tend to settle for what society gives them and then complain about it the whole time.

In order for you to follow your passion in life you must take action towards it. If you want to lose weight; you can not just say I want to lose weight. You have to cut out all that fast food eating (which can be difficult) and begin eating correctly. You also must begin an exercise program so that you can increase your metabolism. This is going to take you getting off of the couch and out walking and running or biking. However if you do this for just 21 days you will realize that it will become a new habit; and you will no longer feel like it is a chore. You will not be able to wait to get out of bed in the morning so that you can begin your day.
