This is a great article. I never used the online banking service being that I had them long ago. I actually had my account wiped out when the National City in my neighborhood was robbed. The only bad thing I have to say about them is that they refused to replace the money. I got a lawyer and eventually got my $138.56 back. It's kind of funny how little money I lost and how much I had to go through to get it back. My parents have National City though and use the online banking daily and love it!!!!
