Every year men from all walks of life scramble hopelessly for new, original ideas on how to impress their lover on Valentine's Day.

One expert says do it with wine!

Wine Educator Christine Ansbacher a.k.a the Wine Diva is currently doing a media tour, sharing her secrets and ideas on how men can use the class and appeal of wine to make this Valentine's Day a memorable one.

Her slogan is simple but effective "K.I.S.S. = Keep It Sexy & Seductive".

Author and highly regarded wine expert, Ansbacher says that taking the time to shop for and select the perfect wine for your mate shows a level of thought and care for your partner that women find irresistibly sexy.

The Wine Diva recommends a full and robust flavored red wine for Valentine's Day in order convey taste, class and romance that will help get your partner in the mood. She advises men this Valentine's Day to not get the "same old, same old". Ansbacher says that your dining experience shouldn't be a hurried feast, but a romantic meal that you and your partner linger over and enjoy.

She also recommends that when you have selected an appropriate red wine for a romantic meal at home that it is important to chill a red wine before serving. You should also let it airate in order for the full flavor of the romantic spirit to be enjoyed.

Ansbacher earned her label as "The Wine Diva" by capitalizing on her knowledge of fine wines among New York's social and entertainment circles. She is one of only 180 people in the United States to be recognized by the Society of Wine Educators as a Certified Wine Educator. She has also earned a prestigious DWS degree from the highly respected Wine and Spirits Educational Trust based in London, England.
