Quick & Easy Chicken Salad
There are so many different ways to make Chicken Salad. You can add nuts, fruits, pickles - almost whatever you like can be added! You can make Chicken Salad with fresh chicken or with leftover chicken! You can serve it at luncheons, showers, parties, dinner, lunch, snacks, and even put it in your kid's lunchbox.
This particular recipe is a very simple way to make just a basic Chicken Salad.
What you will need:
(These amounts depend on how much chicken you have. You can give or take if you need!)
cooked chicken, chopped or in small chunks
2 stalks of celery, chopped
2 finely chopped Red Delicious Apples
1 tablespoon of chopped onions
1 tablespoon of raisins
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
To make the Chicken Salad:
(1) Mix all the ingredients.
(2) Put in the refrigerator before serving.
That's it!!
Again, this simple, quick, and easy Chicken Salad recipe is great for lunch or dinner! It can be served over a piece of lettuce, eaten on top of crackers, or you can make a sandwich out of it. This is a great recipe to have when you look in the refrigerator and see leftover chicken that no one has touched in two days.
