Movies Opening Super Bowl Weekend

A nature TV show is in peril, so its hosts decide it can only be saved by capturing Bigfoot. The trailer features, at length, a laughing shark, something that might be indicative of the film as a whole. "The show sucks. Two weeks from now it will be canceled," the trailer tells us. You might say the same for the film itself.

Over Her Dead Body (PG-13)

This romantic comedy stars Eva Longoria (Desperate Housewives) as the recently dead girlfriend of Paul Rudd (Knocked Up), who, after her death, falls for Lake Bell (Boston Legal), a psychic who is then haunted by the dead girl. Jason Biggs of American Pie fame reprises his role as a clumsy oaf.
