The Nintendo Wii had a great year in 2007 but the Nintendo DS helped push Nintendo to that next level. The Nintendo Wii's 2008 lineup might have a hard time keeping up with the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360's lineup but it looks like Nintendo can still depend on the DS. The DS will keep a lock on the best handheld system. These are some of the DS video games to look forward to in 2008.

2008 Nintendo DS Preview: Zoo Tycoon 2

I prefer non-action video games on the handheld because they just can't compare to their console counterparts. So a simulation game like Zoo Tycoon is a perfect game for the Nintendo DS.
