Pork Chops With Pork Fat Potatoes

Crock pot cooking is a great way to allow yourself to lay back and not have to stand over the stove while a delicious meal cooks. Here's a great crock pot recipe that is easy and unbelievably good. This crock pot recipe is an absolute treat when dinnertime rolls around. The meat will be tender and the potatoes are about the most delusions thing I've ever eaten. I make sure to load my crock pot up as much as possible so I can enjoy this meal for lunch the next day and hopefully their will be more to indulge in for meals beyond that.

Ingredients:

Pork chops: You want to pick up big fatty pieces of meat so the crock pot can melt the fat over the potatoes.

Potatoes

Garlic salt

Pepper

Cut potatoes into fours and sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper

Place potatoes at the bottom of the crock pot

Also season your pork with garlic salt and pepper.

Place pork on top of the potatoes.

Cover and let cook on high for 10 hours or more if you would like.

Make sure to check up on it throughout the day. If it looks to dry add 1-2 cups of water.

10 hours later:

Enjoy =)

I Love This Crock Pot Recipe!

The meat is great but personally the potatoes are the star of the show for me. I love crock pot cooking because it allows you to get a great meal on a busy day. I like to prepare everything the night before a busy day and the next morning throw everything together and go on about my day getting things done. When my day is over I'm rewarded with an unbelievable tasty meal.
