Like me, you're going to feel bored, every now and then. Also, like me, sometimes you'll feel like you don't want to really do anything. That's where video games come in. The first arcade games were amazing. Being able to go and play classic games like Space Invaders, or Pac-man was just amazing. It completely revolutionized the way we entertained ourselves. Being able to control virtual characters, and making them do what you want, was nothing that had been created before. Now, years after the first video game, we've come so far.

I've had video games since I was born. The first console I played was an NES. Sure, an NES might seem like a joke right now, but it was really quite amazing. Especially classics, like Mario, and Castlevania. The bad 8-bit graphics are really bad, by today's standars, back then, it was pretty freakin' awesome. Eventually, I got a N64 for Christmas. I wasn't into video games a whole bunch, back then, but I still thought the Nintendo 64 was cool. The best part was the 3D graphics. Of course, the N64 only lasted so long before others started coming out. The PlayStation, then the PlayStation 2, and then the Gamecube. I got a Gamecube for Christmas, one year, along with Super Smash Bros. Melee. After that, my interest in video games really increased. I was a bit older and the whole thing just seemed cooler. While the Gamecube wasn't that great game-wise, I still enjoyed it a lot. I then got a PS2, because, well, part of it was wanting more of a game variety. Another thing reason was, it was just normal. You'd go to people's houses and they'd have a PS2. It was like having a television. You just try to keep up with stuff. That older I got, the more I was intent on having the latest, the coolest, the best. I bought a Nintendo DS, then a Nintendo Wii, and then an Xbox 360. It just kept piling up.
