Features: The Cuisinart 4 Slice Toaster, Model CPT-180 allows you to toast up to four slices of bread at once. Six browning settings allow you to toast your bread to your personal specifications, ranging from 1-6 on an easy to turn hand dial. Each side of the toaster has its own dial. If you and someone in your family prefer your toast browned to different extents, this toaster makes it easy to do. This has proven to be a wonderful option in my house, where I prefer darker, more well toasted toast and my husband prefers lighter, less well done bread. Now we can both have the doneness level of our choice, and be able to eat at the same time, without having to wait. The Cuisinart 4 Slice Toaster allows you to toast on different brownness levels at the same time; it just adjusts the browning intensity without you having to adjust the time it takes for you to get your toast the way you like it. The Cuisinart 4-slice toaster toasts very well, so the first time you use it, you may want to start at a lower browning level to see how browned you want your bread. I personally like mine on 4 or 5 and find that setting browns the bagels or toast very well. Lighter toasting settings should be set at between 2 and 3.
