Exercising is not an activity that most people enjoy doing, but that doesn't change the fact that it is a great way to remove cellulite. Exercise to rid cellulite is definitely the way to go; or at least, that's the opinion of those whom have tried everything else. Admittedly, it isn't the easiest way, but it is one of the most powerful nonetheless.

"What type of exercises are the most effective for cellulite removal?" Generally, any exercise that gets the heart rate up and the blood pumping is good for you. Specifically though, cardiovascular and aerobic exercises is what you should be focusing on. This means activities like walking, jogging, running, biking, swimming, etc. If you have a treadmill or cycling exercise machine, you can do your daily workouts from home or even at the office. After all, convenience is what cellulite reduction should be all about.

"How do these good exercises actually get rid of cellulite?" Well, the first thing you should know is that the cellulite isn't going to just melt away when you start an exercising routine. It takes time, patience, and most of all determination. Secondly, although exercise can help get rid of cellulite, it is more of a preventative measure than a direct one. Alright, now we can get back to your question......

Basically, when you exercise, your blood flow and circulation will increase; with any good exercise that is. When this happens, the "habitat" of the cellulite becomes much less stagnant and significantly more active. This activity -- i.e. increased blood flow & circulation -- makes it much harder for the cellulite to rest comfortably in unsightly areas of the body; thighs, legs, love handles, butt, arms, etc. With constant activity going on in these areas, cellulite has no choice but to break up and melt away so that it can be painlessly flushed out through the bowels and kidneys. Generally, this is pretty much what happens when you exercise for cellulite removal.
