I still remember when I was bordering on my teen years, and had the unfortunate choice of deciding to paint my own room a bright pink. At the time it was almost a cool color, but after a few simple months, the color became almost blinding.

Benjamin Moore has a wide variety of paint colors that can fit with any type of decorating scheme your little girl can dream up. From pastel colors for a fairy princess room, to bright hues perfect for the next little rock star. Anything you, or she can dream up can be complimented by a Benjamin Moore paint color. Here's a few colors to help you get started.

Start by looking into the color called Dream Whip, which sounds so good that you could almost eat it. This pale pink color has traces of purple, and would be perfect in a fairy princess room. Dream Whip is a tad darker and brighter than most pastel colors, but not so bright that you might grow tired of it quickly.

Seaside Sand is a good choice for the more sophisticated little girl's room. Don't worry if the name throws you a little because the color really has no connection to actual sand. Instead it's more of a pale lavender or mauve, with traces of a dark tan or brown. Seaside Sand from Benjamin Moore is a good choice if you plan to use antique furniture in the room, or are worried about stains. The color holds up well against marks and drawing on the walls.

Of course if your little girl wants a room that screams excitement and adventure, you're going to want to pick a brighter color. In that case, go with something like Rose Parade. The Rose Parade paint color from Benjamin Moore is almost hot pink, but very feminine and girly at the same time. This color is perfect for your little rock star.

Looking for a Benjamin Moore paint color that is even brighter? Try Watermelon Red. This color is a step up from Rose Parade, but a little darker. It falls somewhere in between red and bright pink, and had a bright and cheerful feel. It would look amazing with an off white trim color.
