I love this article! I am British Greek-Cypriot, so I love anything that has to do with either of my cultures. My husband makes a wonderful moussaka and he's not even Greek or Greek-Cypriot! Galaktoboureko is one of my Dad's favourite desserts. Whenever we visited extended family members in London, we would always buy a tray of them on the pretext that they were for the whole family. But we all knew that they were really for him! Sophie

Spoodles? How did I miss a restaurant with a name like that? Probably wouldn't have gone anyway- distrustful of mutant restaurants that claim to represent multiple nationalities unless there is an obvious reason like an owner with multiple heritages.
