San Diego, known as the Finest City in America is a beautiful city with a beautiful coastline and many beautiful beaches. A couple of the top beaches stand out from the others based on very specific factors. Whether you are taking photographs, wanting to surf, having a family day or just hanging out, you want to research the beaches, the adjacent parking, the crowds that are attracted to that specific beach and definitely how it is rated in terms of cleanliness and safety. Let's find out what the top beaches are made of aside from a beautiful coastline and lots of beautiful beach goers.Let’s start with safety since that is the most important factor. Not all of the beaches in San Diego have lifeguards. Being a strong swimmer is great but things do happen. It is always best to play it on the safe side when it comes to that much water. The suggestions I am making for the top three beaches are based on safety and cleanliness first, and beauty and functionality second based on the activities being pursued and popularity based on my personal experiences.
