Which Would You Rather Have in Your Marketing Department?

Most brokers, in an attempt to save money, are not putting the right people in their key positions of Marketing and Technology Support. There is so much to understand in our industry to be a good support person. Proper hiring & training of these positions is key to the success of the agents and brokerage! This is where your personnel budget should be focused for 2008 and beyond. I would even go so far as to offer them a bonus based on company growth they were directly responsible for. Every morning when your staff wakes up, their first thought should be "How can I help the agents make money today?" Brokers are buying very expensive web marketing solutions that are not being used to their full capacity because no one in the company truly understands how to implement.

Agents are paying big bucks to attend seminars, hiring outside coaches and buying systems and solutions that promise to make them money. The problem is, once they get back to the office, they have no time and no one to help them implement. Wouldn't you rather see those dollars stay in your company and give every agent on the roster a greater competitive advantage? This new emerging market will require more effort and ingenuity to capture the highest percentage of business possible. I can help.
