The Westin Stonebriar Resort: Frisco, Texas, Hotel is Our Prime Choice

Early February marks the great tradition of my and my husband's wedding anniversary celebration. Traditionally, we take a lavish vacation to a destination we have never been for a week or so. This year being our fifth anniversary, I wanted it to be extra special and memorable. Unfortunately, our 7-month-old baby boy had other plans. I was just not ready to leave him for that long. So after much thought and hours and hours of planning, we settled on staying in town but at a high-end romantic hotel. We chose The Westin Stonebriar Resort in Frisco, Texas.

We researched our decision thoroughly to ensure a pleasant and memorable experience. After much review and days of dreaming, our anniversary date came and off we went. We drove the 30 minute drive in suspense. Was this hotel going to live up to its expectations of being one of the best hotels in the area? Was this hotel going to succeed in our quest to have a romantic getaway? Where we going to be happy? Well, if we could just find the entrance. The hotel is in clear view from the connecting road but the entrance is not. We past it several times before stumbling upon the small entrance sign. Now, if we could only find a place to park. The first few rows were reserved for valet and the rest were occupied. We found a decent spot but a little too far out of the way to walk back with our belongings.
