Dr. Tung's REJUV is a therapeutic dental massage oil that provides excellent gum care & oral pain relieving results.

This product does exactly what the manufacturer states: it heals and rejuvenates gums, freshens breath, and relieves oral pain.

The therapeutic oil is used for all gingival conditions; receding, swollen, and bleeding gums; plus, the astringent and antimicrobial properties remove bacteria from the mouth cavity. REJUV contains 24 plants & botanicals in a sesame oil base. The herbs cassia and ficus bengalensis have astringent qualities useful for healing gum tissue.

This is a representative list of the ingredients: Sesame oil, cassia bark, myrrh oil, banyan tree, ficus religiosa, lodh tree, wild Himalayan cherry, acacia catechu, emblic myrobalan, Indian madder, eagle wood, gmelina arborea, long-leaved pine, nutgrass, stone flowers, sandalwood, woodfordia fruticosa, Indian gall-nut, spikenard, turmeric, deodar, cardamom, meriandra bengalensis, cinnamon, lotus seed, licorice, clove, camphor.

The solution is prepared using an extraction process and a specialized Ayurveda technology. Chemicals and alcohol are not included in the product.

On a personal note: REJUV came into my life after I was diagnosed with periodontal (gum) disease. The dentist recommended surgery on both sides of my mouth. After the first surgery, I began looking for a product in health stores to alleviate the pain. Dr. Tung's REJUV was among many on the shelf. A pile of brochures about the product rested beside it, so I picked one up and read it.

My mind filled with romantic imagery: mysterious medicinal solutions composed of huge, luscious-looking jungle plants from Hawaii being mixed by a pharmacist wearing a white lab coat with a lei around his neck. I decided to take a chance on it. Although I began using it to alleviate pain, I continued regular usage hoping it would help heal the gum disease.
