When I was doing research for this article, I found very little information on actual sabotage orchestrated by others compared to the staggering information I found on self sabotage. This became a little frustrating as I was prepared to write a detailed article on how others inflict grief upon their fellow man for a number of personal reasons only known to the saboteur. But the lack of information I was able to find doesn't negate the fact that sabotage can and does occur by someone other than self. However, I will give examples of self sabotage first and how it can lead up to why and how sabotage can and does occur by others. The discovery will very surprisingly demonstrate the similarities and how there really isn't that much of a difference between the two.

The number one cause of self sabotage is procrastination. We all procrastinate from time to time, but when procrastination becomes a habitual behavior it's time to take a deeper look at the meaning behind why? Procrastination can occur when fear is present.

Fear of Failure
Fear of Success
Fear of Love
Fear of being wrong
Fear of being right
Fear of change
Fear of not having complete control over one's life

Having a fearful state of mind all the time leads to panic and panic leads to having low self worth and low self worth leads to the next negative emotion which leads to the next negative emotion, until one is spiraling downward with their emotional well being, taking us back to the reason why one would choose to procrastinate. By constantly being in a state of limbo due to internal conflict, leaves the door wide open for others to take advantage of the situation. When this happens, it will only highlight all the negative beliefs already held by the fragile psyche of the person being taken advantage of, creating yet another negative self image of having the person feel like a victim.

Very interesting article with great points and cruciall advice. I think procrastination is something that everyone can relate to at one point in time in their life because we have all been through it, hopefully those of us who have been victims are not still going through it right now........peace, love and liberation to the people......one love!!!!
