These are days of advanced management and technology . Progressive companies advocate delegation and BPO. But there are ingenious individuals who cross beyond the usual definitions of these expressions and earn an empire for them. Let us see two of their interesting interpretations. A dialogue between Charley and Darley (fictitious names) is narrated below".

Charley: Our top boss practices delegation to the hilt. He liberally delegates difficult tasks to his subordinates. But he keeps one thing to himself. When some one asked him to elucidate, he said,

" I can delegate work, not pleasure".

Darley: My boss has built up this company purely by his own effort. You see 90% of the employees of our company are women. So we face shortage of in-house facilities for meeting their demands. Our boss is a firm believer in BPO.He out sources pleasure and our employees are kept happy. The result is there is a rush of applicants and we are unable to cope with. Now are considering outsourcing recruitment also.
