There is no way that you can increase or decrease the size of your breasts unless you have surgery. No matter how hard you try it is beyond your control and depends upon the adipose the fatty tissue that gives your breast their shape.

To keep the upright, firm breast line of your teenage years involves some hard work and patience. This is something that should be started at a very early age and continued so that you will keep the look.

When you have pectoral muscles that are underworked they will show signings of sagging or drooping in the breast. A really good exercise to work out your pectoral muscles is the breast stroke in water as well as out of the water.

Another exercise that also works out the pectoral muscles and is easy to do is you take your hands and put them together at chin level with your elbows sticking out on either side then push your hands against each other.

Do this and each time you push your hands against each other hold the pressure while you count to 5 then release and do it again. You should do this exercise at least once a day for about 15 minutes.

The will help to strengthen your pectoral muscles and improve your breast line. Essential oils along with exercise will help improve your breast line. You can also use ice treatments but most people can't stand the ice so you could use cold water while in the shower.

By using ice or cold water this will cause the tissue to contract which will help your breast to look and feel firmer. Massaging a good oil mixture into the breast is the best way that you can help to prevent stretch marks that are cause by fluctuation of weight in the breast.

Vegetable oils are the best base oils to use on the breast. Vegetable oils like Almond or Grapeseed. When you make your own massage oil mixtures you should use 5 drops of essential oil to every 1 teaspoon of base oil.

Some essential oils that are good to use in mixtures to increase and firm the breast are as follows:

Angelica Oil
Carrot Oil
Clary-Sage Oil
Cypress Oil
Fennel Oil
Geranium Oil
Hop Oil
Lemongrass Oil
Parsley Oil
Sage Oil
Spearmint Oil
