Its hours are Tuesday-Sunday from 10am to 9pm, and they are closed on Mondays and on select holidays. The cost to go in is $9 for adults, $7 for senior citizens and full-time students who can show their student ID, $3 for children ages 6-17, and free for children under 6 years old. All museum members are allowed to visit the museum for free at any time, and on Thursdays the doors are opened to everyone without cost.

My Experience At The Art Museum
Last year while visiting my close friend in Phoenix, who happens to be an artsy type of girl, we went for a visit to the Phoenix Art Museum. She said she needed inspiration because her life was not going the way she wanted it to be. I didn't understand how going to an art museum could inspire someone who was having that sort of problem, but by the end of the day, I knew exactly why she went there when she was feeling this way. My favorite part about the Phoenix Art Museum was definitely the architecture of the building. Just by looking at it from the outside I knew I was going to feel inspired. Once we were inside I was given the grand tour from my friend, who was a regular at the museum.

Although they have art works ranging from American, Asian, European, to Latin American, modern and contemporary, and Western American and fashion art, my favorite kind of art were some of the Latin works.
