Indy Racer Danica Patrick Pictured in 2008 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue

Danica, Danica, what are you thinking girl? Do you honestly think that if you get out there and flaunt your stuff you will get all the guy fans? Do you think you will get lots of attention? Ha!

I agree with you! I can't remember the last time I heard so much about an Indy driver! To be honest, I can't remember hearing anything about an Indy driver lately, so maybe you are on to something. Maybe some of those guys should start putting out some pretty pictures. Just kidding. Most
of them could not pull that one off. I can think of a couple of NASCAR drivers that could though ( Kevin, Carl???) Well, now that you have everyone's attention, and now that all eyes will be on you, you had better start driving that car at the head of the pack!

For those of you that have no idea who Danica is, she is Danica Patrick, Lucky #7, open wheel, open cockpit, Indy car driver. She was born in Beloit, Wisconsin on March 25, 1982, to her parents, TJ & Bev Patrick. Danica Sue Patrick has one sister named Brooke. Danica now lives in Phoenix, Arizona with her husband. Sorry guys, she is happily married. Oh, and she has a Miniature Schnauzer named Billy. She listens to Norah Jones (my personal favorite) and Alanis Morissette, but does not like Country or Classical music.

Danica was a 23-year-old Rookie driver for Rahal Letterman Racing in 2005. In the Indy 500 on May 29, 2005 Danica Patrick, after leading the pack, finished in fourth place. Proclaimed by many to be one of the most exciting races in years.

She started the 2007 season out on the wrong end by crashing her car and ending with a 14th place finish. She qualified at 211.431, and completed 154 laps. On Saturday, June 2, 2007, at the Texas Motor Speedway, Danica wrapped this race up with a third place finish! She qualified at 213.74 and completed 228 laps. This was not just a Sunday drive! Okay guys, this is one tough chick.

Danica has run 47 races, finished in the Top 5 in 8 of those races, and finished in the top 10 in 26 of those races. She has won the pole position 3 times and lead a full 80 race laps.
