So you have found yourself in Cherokee, North Carolina? This is a small and quaint town, as I'm sure you're already aware of. It is actually the headquarters for the Eastern Band of the Cherokee Indians. Despite its size, it is a very tourist-oriented area, which is located at the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and the southern end of the Blue Ridge Parkway. This city has a huge history, as well as a huge collection of great hotels, thus, I have researched and reviewed the top three of these hotels for potential guests consideration. So, read on and find your great Cherokee hotel.

The first hotel in which I reviewed is the Ramada Limited Maggie Valley. This two-star-hotel is only four miles from Blue Ridge Parkway and is only sis-and-a-half miles from the Great Smokey Mountain Railroad. Some of the various amenities this hotel offers its guests includes a complimentary deluxe Continental breakfast, which is open to all guests daily, along with a complimentary USA Today newspaper, available only on weekdays. Guests can lounge by the indoor swimming pool and spa tub, also hotel parking is completely free. This hotel has 46 guestrooms in its two-story building. Some of the various in-room amenities includes cable television, a microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker, hair dryer, and iron with board, as well as dial-up Internet access.

The second hotel in which I reviewed is the Best Western Great Smokies Inn. This two-star-hotel is located only three miles from the Great Smoky Mountain National Park and Harrah's Cherokee Casino. Some of the various on-site amenities this hotel offers all of its guests includes a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, complimentary wireless Internet access throughout the hotel, and a Continental breakfast. This two-story hotel has 152 guestrooms. Some of the in-room amenities guests can expect includes a twenty-five-inch television with premium cable channels, direct-dial phones with voicemail, and coffeemakers. There is also complimentary wireless Internet access.
