Comparing Valentine's Day E-Cards: Blue Mountain and eGreetings
Not everyone can be with their loved ones on Valentine's Day. So, how do you tell that person you love them when they are so far away? There are so many businesses out there that deliver flowers, telegrams and chocolates for you to any place you want and you can have them personalize it
for you but nothing gets more personal than an e-card, a card that gets sent by e-mail. I have used e-cards to express myself for many years because most of my family lives a few states away from me.
There are many e-card websites out there but only two spark my interest: Blue Mountain and egreetings. Let's take a closer look at the different features these two websites have to offer.
Blue Mountain is one of the best known greeting card companies and has a vast collection of e-cards on their website (www.bluemountain.com). However, Blue Mountain does require a membership fee of $29.99 a year which isn't bad if you send quite a bunch of e-cards. Blue Mountain has an e-card for just about everything! They even allow you to create & print out greeting cards, envelope and stationery! So, even if you prefer to hand the recipient an actual card, Blue Mountain will allow you to do that! Blue Mountain is currently offering a free one month membership trial so go check it out!
If you just want to send a couple cards here and there without spending any money then www.egreetings.com is the e-card site for you! Jam-packed with a huge variety of FREE e-cards, egreetings is great for last minute greetings! You don't have to sign up, you just click a card you like, personalize it with your name, message, font and font colors and then it's off! You can even attach a picture with your card!
If you are a big e-card sender, Blue Mountain is great for you but if you are just planning on sending a couple on major holidays, then I recommend egreetings for free e-cards. Whichever one you choose, sending e-cards is fun and never gets old! Happy Valentine's Day!
