Shandi Finnessey is currently the host of the widely-popular game show "Playmania" which airs on the GSN network, as well as co-host with Chuck Woolery on the game show "Lingo". This five-foot ten-inch blonde-haired blue-eyed beauty was born in Florissant, Missouri. She is 26 years old and holds a B.S. from Lindenwood University in Psychology and is working towards a Masters degree in Counseling.
Shandi was crowned Miss USA being the first Miss Missouri to be given this title in 2004, as well as becoming first runner up in the Miss Universe that same year. Shandi was also involved in research for androgyny and was published in the SEPA Journal in 1999. In 2002, Shandi published a children's book entitled "Furrtails" in 2002.

One of which was for the upcoming season for "Lingo", the show that she co-hosts. In 2003, Shandi was in a commercial for Anheuser- Busch and also for Pine Valley Spring Water.
Shandi has made guest appearances on many programs such as "CNN Live", "Fox News Live", "Scarborough Country", "Best Damn Sports Show", and "Regis and Kelly". She did a personal interview for the E! Network they used in making a true Hollywood story behind the scenes of a beauty pageant.
