Top Ten Toys for Pre-School Children .3-4 Years Old

The child changes so much between the ages of 3 and 4. They are more independent, and want toys like the big kids have. Fortunately, there are some great big kids toys sized just right for the 3-4 year old, some of them old favorites and some of them brand new. In choosing a toy for the pre school child form 3-4, look for riding toys that are low to the ground, have a wide wheel base, and are well constructed. Games should have easy to follow directions, preferably with little or no words, just color matching. Outdoor toys should not have any sharp edges. They should be make of heavy duty plastic. Puzzles should have pieces big enough for small hands to handle. Musical toys should come with color coded keys. Theses are a few of my favorites. I hope they will be yours also.

This is a no mess toy. It works on the Magna Doodle method, with magnetic shavings encased in the box and the child uses different magnetic wand to make the designs. It might be hard to get the adults to stop playing with this one.
