Rickshaw Chinese offers up decent heat lamp pseudo-Chinese at budget prices. $4.50 here will get you big heapum chow mein or fried rice plus one entree. The usual choices are all present - sweet and sour chicken and pork, orange chicken, sesame chicken, beef and broccoli, garlic chicken, pot stickers, won ton soup, curry chicken and so on. They really pile the food on, and one order here usually lasts me for two decent meals.

It's kind of a small and scuzzy place, mushed between Big Lots and Foods Co. in a shopping plaza that is a favorite of drunk homeless spangers at night. Not a great environment for a sit-down meal, but if you are eating to go it is all good. You can use your savings from your cheap groceries to treat yourself to this carb loaded feast.

Anyway, not the most high-quality food, but some broccoli and chicken with rice certainly won't kill you and is wholly edible, and it's a pretty huge meal for less than five dollars.
