All he wanted to play was the 'good guy.' But his eyes wouldn't deceive anyone. Not his acting teachers, not his costars, not the casting directors. Those eyes couldn't betray his heart, his raw intensity, his evil. He simply was too powerful to ever be anything but the 'bad boy.' So it was no surprise when he got cast as one.

That's when the girls of the world got privy to his shit. They stopped paying attention to rosy cheeked abercrombie closet heads, excess tattoos in little muscle shirts, beatnik artists who recited bad angsty poetry. beanie wearing mushpots who smoked more pot than wilmer sucks... they started paying attention to this taken dreamer, who's intensity was his talent. He wasn't an actor anymore.

He was just someone they wanted to slowdance with.

Slowly put your arms around his neck. Don't look into those dangerous eyes. Those eyes that will deceive you, trick you, make you get naked, and make you regret it. Those eyes that make you turn so vulnerable, that you're going to think that you've found the moment of your life with him. This bad boy, who is so good at breaking hearts, that you're convinced, he no longer has one.

But as you rest your head on his shoulder, you hear it. That heart beat. He has one. Maybe he is human afterall. That strong pulse awakening all those senses you didn't know you had. You're eyes are open. He's staring at you. You want to run away with him. You want to be the good girl who makes this bad boy turn good.... but in you're heart you know, that if you do--- his appeal will be gone.

There is a reason we always want the bad boys. Simply put, we can't have them.

He says he doesn't want to hurt you. You don't believe him for a second. But you still stay locked in his arms, trying to lock yourself into this moment forever. "I wish I could be here forever." It's so melancholy. And nothing even happened. The song ends, and his grip loosens. You stay tighter.

Is it you or him who's got the problems?
