Bobby Cutts Trial Verdict: Guilty

The jury has decided in the Bobby Cutts verdict. Bubby Cutts is guilty of killing his girlfriend Davis and his unborn child. Different sources (Fox News, Cleveland.com, BostonNOW, MA , ABC30, Kansas City Star). Have confirmed that Bobby Cutts is guilty of murder.

The Bobby Cutts Trial has been all over the media in the past few days. Here at AC, the Bobby Cutts trial has received a great deal of coverage and attention. I wrote an article (Bobby Cutts Trial: Jury Deliberates ) about the Jury deliberations on the bobby Cutts Trial. Finally, after a week of so the jury has decided: Bobby Cutts is guilty. He could receive the Death penalty.

The sources (see bellow) described an ex-police officer sitting in the room with his head up without emotion hearing the Jury verdict of guilty. Contrary to what happened this past Monday when Bobby Cutts claimed, between tears, that he never wanted to kill Jessie Davis, he maintained his posture and showed no remorse of what he did.

According to Foxnews, the first jury verdict was a not guilty for the count of aggravated murder. This came as a surprise for many of the people present in the courtroom. However, after that, seven more Guilty verdicts came. Cutts could be sentenced to death.

According to Kansas Ciity.com police investigators started to believe Bobby Cutts was involved in his girlfriend disappearance when their small kid said: "Mommy's crying. Mommy broke the table. Mommy's in the rug," and, later, "Daddy's mad."

Bobby Cutts had denied to police knowing about the whereabouts of Davis and stood there without telling anything while an intense search was going on outside their house. During the trial Bobby Cutts testified that he wrapped Davis body in a comforter, put her body in his pick up, and dumped the body.

After almost 9 days Bobby Cutts told the police the location of the body near Butts and Davi's house.
