In order to establish a successful transition in bringing change to a company's culture the management team must understand the 3 stages involved. The first stage is to conduct communication protocols that identify, review, and provide feedback if the change has transition on target. The management team having daily meetings with supervisors and team leads to understand their views of how the current pattern of operating is crucial. These meetings will provide a clear understanding of the profound perception of the individual that are managing the pipeline on a constant basis.

The 2nd stage step is to have the connections between every employee involved with the impeding change to occur. The connection session with the actual workers that are processing, communicating with customers, and working relations with outside business partners. These measures will ensure to employees they are important as well as to the redirection of change to come to the department. In addition, the meetings will provide an opportunity to identify the culture that cause low moral which produces low productivity and low quality of work. According to Robbins & Coulter (2006) "Culture becomes inappropriate to an organization and a handicap to management, there might be little a manager can do to change it, especially in the short run (p.321)."

After talking and listening to all parties in the department, there should be a town hall meeting with everyone present that will present the findings of the previous gatherings with management and employees. The town hall meeting is to disclose the findings that outline the issues and present solutions to address the supervisors, team leads, and team workers concerns. The town hall meeting will also present the upcoming changes that will encourage a smooth transition to turning the situation into a positive and rewarding experience for everyone involved.
