From all the sources that I have personally checked and re-checked, there is no evidence to support Amanda's claims that Alex sexually molested her while she was asleep. Add to that the fact that Amanda made these claims and then went back into bed with this man in just her bra and panties makes one question the validity to her charges. This does not mean that the events did not happen as Amanda said. Judge for yourself based upon my summary of events as told by many different individuals. I have taken their take on the everything and put it into a cohesive form.

Early yesterday morning, February 16, 2008, Amanda and Alex were in the HOH bed together. Alex had been expressing his feelings toward Amanda to her and his jealousy in her regards. They have been fooling around for the past few days and their physical relationship has not progressed to sexual relations. Alex told Amanda that if they do not get physical or gain feelings for each other that she should not get attracted to anyone else either so that it will not mess up their game. This statement angered Amanda and she got out of bed and stomped downstairs. She went to Chelsia to discuss what Alex had said and this was the first time Amanda made her claim of sexual molestation.

Amanda told Chelsia that she (Amanda) woke up to Alex touching her inappropriately. When she (Amanda) woke up, Alex turned over and pretended to be sleeping. Parker entered the kitchen and the conversation. Amanda told Parker how she had awaken to Alex touching her crotch. She also told Parker that Alex's new rule is that she is not allowed to get involved with anyone else in the house if she will not be physical with him (Alex).

Meanwhile, Alex has been upstairs in the HOH bed, with his glasses on and the covers pulled up to his chin and watching things on the spy screen.
