Trapped in a cage and I can't break freeEven if you just got away from me
For five minutes, I'd feel a little better
And smile a little wider
I'm just a little bit sick and tired
Of feeling like my life is over
When it's barely even started
I don't want to be so cold-hearted
But I'm suffocating, I'm turning blue
If I could just get away from you
For ten minutes, I'd feel a little better
And smile a little brighter
I'm just a little bit uninspired
By everything around me
It's all so boring
All around me is the same old story
And before I freak out
Before I begin to lose it
I've gotta tell you I feel really used up
So I need to relax
I've gotta have some space
You know I love you
But get out of my face
